Storage & Shelf Life
Our pickled products are prepared using a traditional hot water canning process to ensure shelf stability and freshness.
Before Opening: Store sealed jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. When properly sealed, pickled products are shelf-stable and best enjoyed within 12–18 months for optimal flavor and texture.
After Opening: Refrigerate promptly and enjoy within 2–3 months for best quality.
Seal Assurance: A properly sealed lid will be concave and should not pop when pressed. Do not consume if the seal is broken.
Best Practices: always use a clean utensil and keep jars tightly sealed when not in use.
