After Opening: Once the lid is opened refrigerate promptly and keep tightly closed. Good for about 1-3 months in the fridge (best within 4-6 weeks).
Seal Assurance: A properly sealed jar will have a concave lid that does not pop when pressed. If the lid is popped or compromised before opening, do not consume.
