Our USDA Certified Organic pickling cucumbers are grown from two excellent varieties: Adam Gherkin and Excelsior. Adam Gherkin is a small European-style cornichon cucumber with a crisp bite, while Excelsior is a classic American-style pickler with firm texture and great crunch. Sold together as our pickling cucumbers, they’re perfect for homemade dill pickles, bread and butter pickles, refrigerator pickles, relish, or fresh snacking when you want a smaller, crunchier cucumber.
